mY w0rLd My LiFe

right.
i am back here reviving my blog.
which is like..
rotting since.. start of the month???
hahha.

finally have the time to on my lappie for the whole day.
muahahha
exams are finally over.
the day i have been waiting for long.
muahahaha

but what i haven't been looking forward to,
as wellas expected to happen,
is that
I AM SICK now.
sian..

not much to do..
so here updating my blog.
about everything that happen since June???
hahhaa

ok. not everything.
but the main things that happened.
haha.

June was wushu orientation camp.
July was MiaoMiao's birthday.
August is competition
as well as exams.

blink of eye.
august is passing.
and september is coming.
so many things to look forward to.

HOLIDAYS =)

BIRTHDAY =)
work =x

NYP wushu got a lot of people also september babies..

19082008: Marketing for Life Science (1)
the module credit paper 2 starts first. -.-
seems that marketing is very easy to chiong.
haha. i don't know why.
maybe it's not that hard after all.
despite sleeping in almost every week's lecture.
yeah. SLEEP!
the paper was okay la..
a bit tikam here and there.
and a bit of anyhow whack here and there.
but hopefully at least a B+ ba!!!!
or even better, A =)

20082008: Pharmacy Practice (1)
the paper was great!!
hahah!!
though i stoned and stared at the essay question on controlled drug register.
i thought a lot about it at first,
coz i didn't see the word 'register'.
then i thought until coedine, all these.
haha!!!
but luckily i calmed down fast enough and saw the word 'register'.
so in the end ok .
hah.
everything seems great,
be it law, calculation, skills.
hence,
praying for A~~

21082008: Human Biology and Disease

the paper which stressed me out a lot a lot alot.
even revision time also.
haish.
when i saw the essay,
i just stoned.
though the topics were expected,
the type of questions asked were not exactly.
haish.
it's not though i couldn't answer,
but well...
i think i didn't do up to standard.
MCQs were worse.
seems like a lot of tikam in it la!!!!!
and MCQs are 2 marks each =x
didn't even feel like staying
after i finish the paper.
the more i see the questions,
the more sian i am.

25082008: Basic Immunology
yeah yeah yeah!!!! IMMUNOLOGY IS OVER!!!!!
haha.
i mugged like siao for this module.
like seriously!!!
the F for common test makes me so stress in the exam.
i badly need anything less than a C lei!!!!
well well.
back to paper.
some questions really had me stunned.
but managable.
turned out,
hey!
FACS profile wasn't that bad, haha.
but analytical questions seems real bad due to time management.
BOO!!!! i do seriously keep my fingers crosed on the grade.

26082008: Drug Delivery System
haish!!!!!!!!
the paper wasnt crap.
but the way i had it done was totally crap!!!!!!
how could i only read through revision notes?!?!?!?
aarrgghhh!!!!!!!!!
what i did concentrate on didn't come out lo..
like -.-
i hope i hope i hope i can have a nice grade
with the help of others.
like tests and presentation.

27082008: Basic Pharmacology
what to say..
hmm..
we ( Eve, Nel, Fel)
ok.. only eve and nel..
almost went crazy when studying at Mac.
all the mechanism of action blah blah.
and me getting messed up calcitonin and colchcine.
one is for osteoporosis and one is for gout.
and getting examples of
hyperlipidaemia, hyper/hypothyroidism, gout, and osteoporosis
all messed up.
roar~~~
but in the end was ok la.
except for the partial black out half way
and a little messing up of the mechanism of action.
oh ya,
and not forgetting
staring stoning and stunning at the anti-infectives examples
that were asking for the mechanism of action
while asking myself,
'oh my god, what is this classified as?'
'is this anti-biotic? anti-fungal? anti-viral?'
'this one like is penicillin.. ehh.. not lei..
anti-biotic got what class de?'
'MOA MOA.. this class de MOA is what?'
'inhibit protein synthesis? inhibit cell wall synthesis?'

omg.. i think i can go crazy like this.
maybe that's why they put basic pharmaco as the last paper...

anyway~~

15th august-- the big day. the day i put on my xiao blue with the tag '511' behind me and did my routine solo. i meant competition la!!!

haha. it was a total new experience. during 功力拳solo. first time lei. even grading JingTing was behind me lo!!. it wasn't that bad. i stepped on the mat, i wasn't that nervous as before. quite calm. just keep telling myself must balance, hand cannot touch floor. lol. the judges were.. ok la. WenYeow coach was the overall judge. which made me feel even more nervous. i don't know why also. haha.anyway, it is over le. 7.83is good enough. 1 expected 7.5 and above. though when i see many getting 8 and above, i got a bit sian... but well.. it's over. i'm fine with my results, but not exactly with the rank la. number 9.. lol. and other things. don't mention le. haha.

结果并不重要，只要过程精彩就好

as a competitor this year, we had to attend the opening ceremony. reached there at 4.30pm at toa payoh interchange. spent two hours over there wasting my time outside the stadium doing nothing except stone. -.- if that wasn't enough, there is this 5 bucks entrance fee. -.- and even competitors have to pay lo. which is like a waste of money. but luckily in the end, attend opening ceremony only de no need pay. if not i sure 不甘愿。 the opening ceremony started at 7.30pm. blah blah. nothing much except for march in and hearing don't know who giving speech and 宣誓.well, the most important thing throughout which i haven't mention is of course VINCENT NG. muahaa.. saw him again!!! woo!!!!! and he is one of the SNWF judge. and he represent all the SNWF judge in the 宣誓. well, WenYeow coach was also on of the judge. 2 idols. woo~~ and i was telling WeiChong how nice it would be if i can take a photo with the two of them together. WOW~~

perseverance station
consisting of blowing the balloons and rubbing a soap to nothing.

wisdom station
consist of taking a bottle cap and walk a round the fountain
and listening to me say story.

consist of shouting 'I LOVE NYP' at atrium,
guessing the mystery items
and taking people's number

strength station
consist of wheel barrow,
piggy back,
walking gong bu and ma bu
and dance of strength

teamwork station
consist of bringing the hostage to safety and getting medication for it.

last but not least,
honour station.
if can do this in 1 min without dropping the cudgel,
u get medal of honour.
haha

it's mountain climbing time again.
this time round,
the mountain is higher, bigger and much more stronger.
besides school,
there is competition.
mountain climbing now no longer means only mugging in books.
it also means getting up and get geared for Nationals.

i have hopes,
i have pride,
i have wishes,
i have a dream.

i hope i would not be disappointed.
=)))
