but i made a lot of stupid mistakes.
for example,
i did not indicate the edit on prescription!
OMG!
that was a terrible stupid mistake!
OMG, how could i ever forget that.
and i was still so happy i got the right intervention!
arghhh!!!

and during the dispensing, i got prompted a lot

forgot so many things to counsel..

patient presentation..
luckily i got the diarrhoea case.
hahah.
heard that the nausea vomitting case quite hard..
but as expected la, my mind went blank during non-pharmacologic counselling..
ok la.. at least better than mixing them up.
like what we almost did during practice.
haah
anyways, it is over.
wahah. and i sigh a deep deep relief.
