HK trip

day 5: 22 september 2008

last day in macau. had buffet breakfast at Casa Real hotel. the buffet was quite limited de lo. haha. nvm. can eat jiu good le.

following that was trip to Macao Polytechnic. guess what? their polytechnic and University are situated in a commercial building de. haha. i'm glad our school looks like a school. we were showed around the polytechnic. they have lots of labs. and there was this nursing lab, where it consist of all anatomic figures. and they are real de!!!!!!!!!!! omg. there were figures of real skull and organs in body etc, figures of foetus in the different months during pregnancy, and foetus with no brain, 2 foetus with shared brain, etc. and there is one super scary de, is a 7 yr old boy. it's a real child tt is preserved. OMG!!!!!!!!!!

oh ya, another thing to add on. guess what? the students' practical manual are all in chinese!!!!!!!! omg. that is like.. not that i cant read chinese (i've got A1 for Os ok!), but just that i cant imagine myself calculating or doing mole concept in chinese. i think i will cock up the paper lots. wahaha =p

lunched, and then went to the pharmacy in Macao. it's big and crowded de, compared to Singapore. their dispensing counter has like 5 to 6 pharmacists, while Singapore has only 1 pharmacist. well, in HK, hospital prescriptions are collected in pharmacies ma. that's the difference. and some people went haywire upon seeing the bible of pharmcacists-- MIMS. -.- just that theirs are HK version, and the one we owed is Singapore version. i think those pharmacists were abit stunned upon our reaction.

finished the trips, it's back to HK. went to ferry terminal to board the turbo jet again. reached HK, checked in once again. dinnered, and tada!! LAST MINUTE SHOOPING STARTS!!!!!!!!!!! back to mongkok to chiong for all the things we want to buy but haven't buy, like my adidas jacket and the puzzle keychains. so we went to every stops to get what we want. final destination was the mall that we got the keychains and bag. the mall was so big and confusing, me and eve gt lost twice. TWICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first time was when there was only two of us, second time was with nel and fel, when we wanted to go and collect our keychains. we got lost the second time because the linkway between the two malls were closed!!!!!! darn la!!! that was why we kept walking in circles. luckily nel did something clever. she took the receipt of the shop and we asked the security guard how to get to the place. hahaa. in the end, we had to get out of the mall and go in from another entrance in order to get to the shop. -.- anyway, because it's the last night, of course we reached hotel later than 2330 again. wahaha.

reached hotel. me and fel fel shared room, and we were on the 11th floor. what's the difference? 6th level de is two single bed. ours is two DOUBLE BED!!!!!!!!!! woo~~~~~ hhaa. but justin got 18th floor, same as teachers. suite. OMG. not fair. i tried packing my bag all over. in the end got everything even more messy only. the floor was all my things. even fel fel packed faster than me. >.<

packed halfway, all of the 01-s came to our room. celebrated my birthday. yeah! hahhaa. nel nel ordered room service for a piece of tiramisu cake for me. heh heh. played for quite a while, then everyone went back to respective rooms. actually want go out for desert again, but was like super late already, plus no one has packed their bag. so in the end, we stayed in our room and be good girls and boy. haaha
