had been crazily refreshing the same old page for about 1 hr before i successfully logged in.
e-service suddenly sucks as much as CMS.

all i can say is,
im very very very happy with my results.
though my GPA hasn't improved.
which is the only disappointing part.
but at least i maintained =))))))
and grades have definitely improved.
