of course, it's working day.
second last day of mid season sales.
and more stocks to be done.
did so many stuffs,
there were not even enough cartons for more KIV.
in the end,
SooBee told me and KengBoon to go search for more the next day.
other than that,
i forgot what else happened at work.
BUT, didnt forget had a nice companion during break.

monday 27102208:
Deepavali day work
FULL SHIFT!!!!!!
OMG!!!!
the most dreaded day of the month.
supposed to be posted at ladies side somemore.
but luckily had Priss.
she was also having full shift ma.
so long didn't work together with her,
had so much to chat together.
we even became garang guni girls together because of the cartons.
so funny!!!!!!!!
hahaha.

then received news that the dont-know-who who was transferred from Suntec
was on MC.
then KengBoon called and also reported in MC.
so in the end after lunch i went back to men side already.
thanks to both of them,
work on that day was
one person do two people job.
except for HIM.
dont know why he can still be so slack de.

busy busy whole day,
did 10++ cartons of KIV
super tiring.
at night still need change the men mannequin.
super heavy ones.
and i broke of the mannequin's leg.

and the scene looked as though i was disecting them coz their hands, legs and body were all over.

breaks were super looked forward to,
coz those 2 precious hours were also the time when i could stop work
and stop thinking about work.

luckily my skeleton were all out.

tuesday 28102008:
the most dreaded day of the week.
coz pharmacotherapy tut and TEP are heavy modules.
pharmacotherapy this time round was ok.
hahaha.
and TEP wasn't as bad as last week.
at least managed to finish all within time
and no underdosing or overdosing that results in killing people.
hence no 0.
YEAH!!!!!

med chem lec was when my brain closed already.
literally almost fell asleep in Dr. Phoon's class.
and he was like right in front of me somemore.

monday 20102008:
i forgot what happen throughout the day,
i only remembered chiong-ing throughout the night doing TEP and pharmacotherapy.
totally hell.
haha.
tearing my hair out thinking what to write for TEP
and wasting brain cells on what the case study meant
thinking what is THAT GIRL suffering from
and what medication to prescribed.
so fed up with thinking about what medication to prescribe,
and flipping MIMS here and there,
i ended up reading MIMS as though i was reading storybook.

i think most of 0701 stayed up quite late just to do this ba.

tuesday 21102008:
first lesson, pharmacotherapy.
actually, the way we go through the tutorial was by role play.
and the lucky me was randomly selected to be the PT
who prescribed medication for the patient.
*faints*
i did my homework,
but i didn't really finish all,
especially Fluimicil.
and i didn't read much about counselling patients.
so lots of it were super last minute.
had to thank Ain (she acted as the patient)
for sharing her notes with me
so that i managed to finish all quite smoothly.
woo~
hahaha.

then TEP came.
torturous prac.
had to do 2 prescriptions.
the first one was done super slowly.
3 hrs prac,
and i used 2 and half hour to finish it up,
in the end to get a 0 for it.
coz i underdose = kill patient
*CRIES*

then the second prescription.
super no time to slow slow do.
so, instead of adding ingredients slowly
while mixing and stirring,
(the correct procedure)
i just threw everything into it.
even the raspberry syrup.
took a little bit too much of chloroform water
but in the end didn't use up all too.
hahhaha.
my second prescription is rubbish la!
coz all the percentages are wrong de.
BUT
i didn't get 0.
coz i didn't under or overdose the patient.
wahhaha.

and because of this prac,
we were late for Medicinal Chemistry lecture
for about 30 minutes.
hahhaha.

then, the torturous Tuesday lesson was finally over.
met dd and went to hougang mall for dinner

PMT day.
started off with PMT practical
and ended with PMT make up lecture.
practical was about calculation of moles.
revison of chemistry.
ahhaha.
and i forgot to bring my calculator.
so aarrghhh!!!!
and PMT lecture is like super bored.
it's like dds.
in fact, extension of dds.
lectures are so dry,
my brain just closed automatically.

then, training.
due to bad weather,
training was at blk e corridoor.
super pathetic, and warm up was super slack.
we did cudgel again.
so little space to do routine,
JingTing, WeiMun, Me, Corinne
ended up practising our routine on the running track at stadium in the drizzle.
then PT time.
had to do frong jump for about 100m.
four times

followed by duck walk for shuttle run distance

i had super jelly legs after that.

PMT lecture again.
once again,
it's super dry.
but i can't shut my brain.
i cannot be bad girl.

ended early,
Nel, Eve, Fel and PeiShan went to AMK hub.
i went to find dd.
hahaahhaa
2 and half hours of quality time.
that's nice.
hehehhe.

after that was medical microbiology practical.
super hilarious one.
coz there is one part that needed urine sample for the practical.
and everyone was reluctant to volunteer theirs.
in the end oh-ya-bei-ya-som.
hahhaha.
the guys and June volunteered theirs in the end.
hahhaha.
we were asked to tone down our voices
as there might be external auditors coming in and see us do lab.
but in the end,
there weren't.
heng ah..
anyway, lab finished early again.
hahaha.

after that was trip to dreaded work.
just the thought of it made me so tired.
super no mood.
but in the end,
did stock stuffs lots.
coz the new stocks were coming in,
and old stocks need to go.
nice one.
that's is the time when
storemen are the most pitiful ones.
they carry 40 cartons for us,
they had to carry double back, coz we sent back the old ones.

and KengBoon was super evil.
he squeezed 41 pair of casual pants,
each of the weight is about a pair of jeans
into a carton.
and it's not only 1 carton lo.
must have made the storeman carry the super heavy carton.
if i were store man,
i would be cursing KengBoon liao.

ended work at 11pm
coz of all the KIV stuffs.
closed shop at 10pm.
coz SOMEONE just refused to close

saturday 25102008
afternoon shift
so went to met dd again before work.
KFC!!!!!!!!!!!!
hahhaa.
finally had zinger meal.
craving for it since dont know when.
after that prepare for work.
go into storeroom only, stunned.
it looked like it just had an earthquake,
or finished a war.
everything is strewn eveywhere.
*faints*

started work,
and the first thing i had to do was to clear up the mess.
thanks lo.
such mess are always cleared by me de.
climbed super high up just to tidy them.
and found a great way to practice 虚步.
that is,
to stand at the third step of the ladder counting from top on one leg,
while resting the other on a raffia string hung mid-air.
tell me,
would anyone dare to put their total weight on the raffia string?
of course i didn't.
i can't afford to die in there.
if i fell down,
there are sharps on the corner preparing to injure me.
die also dont want die inside there.

reflections-- what i learnt from this event:
two chinese words: 幸福
one english word: bliss
yes, they are intellectually disabled.
but this has not stopped them from being themselves,
learning new things,
and most importantly,
having fun and laughter in their life.
before the event started,
we were still scared or worried that we could not communicate well with them.
but in the end,
it's not that hard after all.

accompanying them,
see them play,
see them dance.
see their happy faces,
when they had their nails painted,
when they had their balloon,
when they received a prize, (even though it's only a sticker)
when they get to eat popcorn or cotton candy for the first time in their life

i realise what is actually means by
简单就是幸福.
sometimes,
we don't actually need the whole world to make us feel happy.
some little actions or thoughts
can also be sufficient to put a smile on our faces.

being with them really thought me to be more patient.
control my temper.

seeing my buddy so happy yesterday.
it really made me smile too.
coz i made someone happy too.

i know she won't remember me by the time today ends.
but i know,
i will remember her.
coz she was the one who made me realise the meaning of

so i just pray that there won't be many 8am lessons.

3. 8am classes not to last more than 2 hrs.
2 hrs is enough to doze me off again.

8 to 4 last sem already KO-ed me.

5. no 8am prac.
this means no diff in having prac or not to me.

6. no 1 lesson school day.
just like last sem's every wednesday.

so went to play the soccer thing.
coz just nice 3 tokens.
